• The addresses you are moving from and to
• Details about your property and the services you want
• Your preferred moving date
• Anything else you write in the message field

The form also records the time of submission and the IP address it came from. That is used to limit how many submissions one source can make in an hour, which is what stops the form being used to send spam.

What we do with it

We use it to prepare your quote, to contact you about your enquiry, and to carry out the move if you book one. That is all.

We do not sell your information. We do not share it with other companies for their marketing. We do not add you to a mailing list because you asked for a quote.

Where it is stored

Quote requests are stored in this website’s database, hosted with [HOSTING PROVIDER], and a copy is emailed to us.

How long we keep it
