About Us

Easy Fit Movers is a moving and packing company working across Dubai. We move houses, apartments, villas, offices and warehouses, we pack and unpack, we take furniture apart and put it back together, and we clean the property once it is empty.

We are based in Al Barsha South, which puts us close to the western communities and a straight run from the eastern ones where most of our work is.

How we quote

We look at the job before we price it. For a studio or a one-bedroom flat, photographs of each room are enough. For anything larger — and for every villa — we survey the property, in person or over a video call.

This is the whole reason our prices do not change on the day. The most common complaint about movers in Dubai is a quote that grew once the truck was loaded, and it is almost entirely predictable: it happens when a number is given by someone who never asked which floor you are on, how far the truck can park from the door, or what is in the store room.

We ask. Then we put the answer in writing, with anything that would be extra named before you agree rather than after.

What we include as standard

Packing materials are in the quote — cartons, bubble wrap, stretch film, tape and paper. You do not buy a box.

Furniture dismantling and reassembly is part of the job, not an add-on. Beds, wardrobes, dining tables and desks come apart at one end and go back together at the other, with the fittings bagged and taped to the piece they came off. That last detail sounds trivial and it is the single thing that decides whether a wardrobe gets rebuilt properly or propped up.

And we deal with the building side: move permits, service-lift bookings and community gate passes, at both addresses.

What we will not tell you

We are not going to claim we are the best movers in Dubai. Every moving website in this city says that, none of them can prove it, and you have no way to check before the truck arrives.

So there are some things you will not find on this site:

• No star rating. We publish no rating or review count here, because a number on our own website that you cannot verify is worth nothing. Our Google Business Profile is linked from the footer — read the reviews there, where they are attached to real accounts.
• No client counters. No “12,000 happy customers”, because we would be making it up.
• No awards. If we win one, we will name it.
• No testimonials we wrote ourselves.
• No blanket insurance claim. Ask us for our current position in writing before you book — and ask everyone else you are comparing us against for the same thing. A company that answers that question verbally and never on paper is telling you something.

None of this is modesty. It is that a moving company is asking you to let strangers carry everything you own out of your home, and the only sensible way to earn that is to be checkable.

How we work on the day

Bedrooms are unloaded and rebuilt first, so whatever else is unfinished you can sleep. Cartons are labelled with the room they are going to, not the room they came from. Shared corridors and lift interiors are protected before anything goes through them, because damage there comes out of your deposit. And we walk the property with you before the crew leaves.

Then we take the empty cartons away when you have finished with them.

Where we work

All of Dubai. Most of our work runs along the eastern side — Al Rashidiya, Mirdif, Al Warqa, Muhaisnah, Al Qusais, Dubai Silicon Oasis and International City — and across through Deira, Bur Dubai and Al Quoz to Al Barsha, Jumeirah Village Circle (JVC), Discovery Gardens and out to Jebel Ali.
